Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd. This remote work position will require you to work part-time from your own location in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience and possess the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organizational systems. - Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management. - Conduct research and analysis to support projects and initiatives. - Assist with strategic planning and decision-making. - Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. - Foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels.
Requirements: - 3 years of administrative experience. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Adaptability and energy to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analysis and strategic planning skills.
