Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Saudi Cement Company. This is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are being met - Manage and collaborate with various departments to streamline operations - Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics - Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure goals and objectives are being met - Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus - Persuasion and emotional intelligence skills are essential - Must be dedicated and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
