Job Description:
As a Personal Assistant at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to senior executives and managers while working remotely from the comfort of your own home. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements - Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Coordinate meetings and conferences, including setting up virtual meetings - Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Assist in managing personal tasks as required
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Dedicated and independent work ethic - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work part-time hours
