Job Description:
Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a passionate and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. 5. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. 6. Assist with project management tasks as needed. 7. Provide general administrative support to staff as required.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Excellent project management skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism. 8. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. 9. Prior experience in a customer-focused environment is a plus.
