Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a part-time Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles. We are looking for a dedicated and confident individual who possesses strong project management and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence - Support team members with various projects and tasks - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Maintain accurate records and databases - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle incoming and outgoing communications - Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in administrative roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities - Experience with project management is a plus - Ability to work remotely and effectively manage time
