Job Description:
Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a part-time Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Medina, SA. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, independent, and have a passion for innovation and people management.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Maintain and organize electronic and physical files - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners - Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner - Complete data entry and database management tasks - Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus - Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Must be willing to learn and develop new skills - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and personal computer
