Job Description:
The Remote Administrative Coordinator at Jarir Marketing Company will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This position will be part-time and at Associate Level, requiring 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing files - Assist in producing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Communicate with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate information sharing - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls - Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Assist in the organization and execution of company events and meetings - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in remote work and familiarity with digital tools for communication and collaboration
