Job Description:
Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for someone with strong project management skills and adaptability.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. 2. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 3. Assist in project management tasks, such as organizing meetings and preparing project documents. 4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications. 5. Maintain office filing systems and databases. 6. Assist with HR tasks, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees. 7. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed. 8. Assist in event planning and coordination for company events.
Requirements: 1. Strong project management skills. 2. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
