Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all employees.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and functioning properly. 2. Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. 3. Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed to ensure efficiency and productivity. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls. 5. Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. 6. Assist with budget planning and monitoring, tracking expenses and preparing reports as needed. 7. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the office is well-maintained and all services are up to par. 8. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes. 9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members. 10. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the office.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
