Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Almarai Company is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. We are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in office management who is resourceful and confident in their abilities. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization.


Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and vendors, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing - Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation - Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed - Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Maintain office policies and procedures, updating as necessary to ensure compliance - Conduct research and provide recommendations for improving office functions and processes - Manage office budget and expenses, reporting to senior management as needed


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in office management - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong communication and research skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
