Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager for Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company. This position is a part-time role that will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Riyadh, SA. While no prior experience is required, we are seeking candidates who possess qualities such as adaptability and resourcefulness.


Responsibilities: 1. Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Supervising and coordinating the work of office staff to ensure efficiency and productivity. 3. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees. 4. Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and coordinating repairs as needed. 5. Handling financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and payroll processing. 6. Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow. 7. Acting as a point of contact between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.


Requirements: 1. Strong organizational and time management skills. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Previous experience in office management or related field is a plus but not required. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
