Job Description - Online Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


As an Online Administrative Coordinator at Saudi Binladin Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our online operations. Your responsibilities will include managing and organizing online documents, coordinating virtual meetings and appointments, responding to online inquiries, and assisting with various online tasks as needed.


Responsibilities: 1. Organize and maintain online files and documents. 2. Coordinate virtual meetings and appointments. 3. Respond to online inquiries and messages in a timely manner. 4. Assist with online data entry and administrative tasks. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth online operations. 6. Monitor online platforms for any issues or concerns. 7. Provide support for online projects and initiatives.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. 2. Reliable and motivated individual. 3. Strong planning and attention to detail skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proficient in using online tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
