Job Description:
As an Online Office Manager at SABIC, you will be responsible for overseeing the virtual office operations of our office located in Mecca, SA. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, resourceful, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain virtual office systems and procedures. 2. Coordinate online meetings and conferences. 3. Handle correspondence and communication with clients and colleagues. 4. Monitor and manage online office expenses. 5. Provide administrative support to the online office team. 6. Assist in planning and organizing virtual events and activities. 7. Ensure virtual office security and data privacy.
Requirements: 1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Proficiency in virtual office software and tools. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. High attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
