Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, and possess strong decision-making and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing online operations including website maintenance, order processing, and customer service inquiries. - Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our online platforms. - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement. - Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions on online platforms. - Provide support in updating content and product information on the website.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus. - Fluent in English and Arabic.
