Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate. This part-time entry-level position is based in Jeddah, SA. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to the company's online operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing online orders and inventory - Monitor and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms - Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders - Assist in customer service inquiries and issue resolution - Help with data entry and analysis for online sales reports - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online sales and promotions - Support the operations team in various administrative tasks

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company - Reliable and able to work independently - Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
