Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Operations Associate to join our team at Saudi Airlines in Medina, SA. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for various aspects of online operations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and manage online booking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 2. Work closely with other departments to resolve any online operational issues that may arise. 3. Provide excellent customer service through online channels, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a timely manner. 4. Analyze data to improve online operations and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online promotions and campaigns. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and online technologies to suggest improvements and innovations. 7. Assist in training new employees on online operational procedures.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in online operations or a related field. 2. Hardworking and motivated with a strong attention to detail. 3. Excellent decision-making skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Strong communication and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online booking systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
