Online Operations Associate

Job Description: L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day online operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service - Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Collaborate with various departments to implement online marketing campaigns and promotions - Monitor website performance and make necessary updates to enhance user experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions for online operations
