Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is looking for a motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are confident, independent, and have a strong passion for the jewelry industry.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online platform, including inventory management, product uploads, and order processing - Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with the marketing team to implement online promotions and campaigns - Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues or inquiries from online customers - Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in jewelry and e-commerce is preferred - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection
