Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online operations and be reliable and motivated.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring smooth functionality and customer satisfaction - Implement and optimize online processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in online operations or related field - Reliable and motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team - Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Innovative thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and development - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
