Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering in Riyadh, SA. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the online ordering system to ensure seamless ordering and delivery processes - Coordinate with various departments to ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand - Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines to ensure timely delivery to customers - Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase online sales - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards - Train and supervise online operations staff to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service - Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve the online ordering experience for customers - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in online operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online ordering platforms - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Innovative thinker with a strong emphasis on teamwork
