Operations Associate

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all processes.

Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, conducting regular inventory counts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. - Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, managing waste disposal, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales associates and customer service representatives, to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. - Use strong communication skills to effectively convey information and updates to team members and management. - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling challenging situations and resolving conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a retail or operations role. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well under pressure. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. - Medical coverage provided. - Travel opportunities for professional development.
