Operations Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and passionate Operations Associate to join our team at El Seif Engineering Contracting Company in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of projects and daily activities. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and managing project schedules and timelines - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to support decision-making - Analyze data and prepare reports for the operations team - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and data entry - Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Passionate about the construction industry and eager to learn - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively - Excellent communication and organizational skills
