Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to work from home in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and resilient.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and reporting - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to improve processes - Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders - Support management in implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure successful outcomes - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - 2+ years of experience in operations or related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines - Strong research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends
