Operations Manager

Job description:

We are looking for a part-time Operations Manager to join our team at Saudi Aramco in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Manage a team of operations staff and provide leadership and guidance - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations - Oversee and manage projects related to operational improvements - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 5 years of experience in operations management - Independent and passionate personality traits - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
