Remote Operations Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and driven Remote Operations Manager to join Arabian Pipes Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee all remote operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day activities - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and objectives - Lead and motivate a team of remote employees to achieve operational targets and deliver high-quality services - Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on operations and address any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders - Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive business growth - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
