Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and resilient Operations Manager to join Mobily in Riyadh, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operations efficiency and effectiveness - Oversee and manage all operational activities within the company - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize resources - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Manage and lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers - Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Creativity and adaptability to changing circumstances - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
