Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team based in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote teams.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of remote teams. - Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support to achieve operational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve operational excellence. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Lead and motivate remote teams to meet and exceed operational targets. - Identify and address operational issues in a timely and effective manner. - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. - Manage remote team budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Energetic and confident personality. - Excellent persuasion and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and work effectively in a remote setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. - Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
