Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience who is driven, resourceful, and looking to take on a new challenge in the energy industry. As the Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our remote operations across various projects.

Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate remote operations for multiple projects, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency - Collaborate with project managers and on-site teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables - Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve remote operations processes - Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company policies - Work closely with stakeholders to address any operational challenges and find effective solutions - Provide regular reports and updates on operational performance to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in remote operations management or a related field - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams and projects - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools - Prior experience in the energy industry is a plus
