Job Description:
Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to work remotely from home in Jeddah, SA. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least 7 years of relevant experience at the mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiency - Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies - Lead and mentor a team of remote employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless operations - Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction - Act as a key point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role for at least 7 years - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent people management and leadership skills - Strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term goals and objectives - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
