Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a reliable and independent Operations Manager to work from home in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the business - Manage a team of remote employees and provide guidance and support as needed - Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in an Operations Manager role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a remote environment is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
