Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Operations Manager to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various operational aspects of our projects in Mecca, SA.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. - Collaborate with project managers and other team members to streamline processes and improve overall project performance. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery. - Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct regular strategic planning sessions to align operational activities with business objectives. - Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and mentorship within the organization.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions to improve operational processes. - Proficiency in project management tools and software.
