Job Description:
Al Tazaj is seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our team in Mecca, SA. As a Personal Assistant, you will work part-time and be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team. 2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails. 4. Organize and maintain files and records. 5. Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings and presentations. 6. Coordinate special projects and events as needed. 7. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and dedicated with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
