Job Description:
The National Water Company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Personal Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings - Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for the executive - Perform research and compile information as required - Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders - Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion - Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strategic planning and project management skills
