Job Description:
Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, handling incoming and outgoing communications. - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executives. - Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, conferences, and events. - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
Requirements: - Must be adaptable and able to work independently. - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
