Job Description: Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a part-time Secretary to assist in administrative tasks and provide support to the team in our Mecca office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and reliability.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls - Schedule appointments and meetings for executives - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff - Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes - Handle confidential company information with discretion - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Adaptability and leadership soft skills - Visa sponsorship, travel & spending expenses, and relocation allowance provided
