Job Description:
We are looking for a resourceful and passionate Secretary to join our team at Bawan Company in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate party - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner - Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Maintain electronic and paper filing systems - Handle confidential information with discretion - Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry - Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and accuracy - High school diploma or equivalent
