As a Secretary working remotely for Panda Retail Company, located in Riyadh, SA, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize company files, records, and documentation. 2. Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members. 3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. 4. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings. 5. Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the company. 6. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed. 7. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Requirements: 1. Highly motivated and reliable individual. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
