Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Secretary to join our team at Sipchem in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and helping us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities: 1. Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files 2. Scheduling appointments and meetings 3. Handling correspondence and emails 4. Coordinating travel arrangements 5. Taking minutes during meetings 6. Managing calendars and schedules 7. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations 8. Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks 5. Strong communication skills 6. Resilient and energetic personality traits 7. Soft skills in strategic planning and persuasion 8. High school diploma or equivalent
