Job Description:
Sipchem is seeking a passionate and resourceful Secretary to work from home in Riyadh, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in administration or a related field. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team remotely.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing digital files and documents - Scheduling appointments and meetings - Handling email correspondence and phone calls - Assisting with data entry and record-keeping - Coordinating travel arrangements - Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar role - Excellent communication and organization skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Creativity in problem-solving and finding efficient solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing excellent administrative support - Resourceful in finding solutions to complex problems
Soft Skills: - Attention to detail in all tasks - Creativity in finding unique solutions to challenges
