Job Description:
Bawan Company is seeking a reliable and passionate Secretary to work from home in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong people management and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and agendas - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Coordinate communication between staff, clients, and partners - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Secretary or similar role - Proven experience with people management and cooperation - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
