Job Description:
Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, possess strong negotiation skills, and be a team player.
Responsibilities: - Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Organizing and maintaining files and documents - Conducting research and compiling data - Handling basic bookkeeping tasks - Providing administrative support to the team as needed - Communicating with clients and vendors via email or phone - Assisting with virtual meetings and events - Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and dedicated mindset - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team
