As a Virtual Assistant at Al Rajhi Holding Group, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting the daily operations of our company. We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. 2. Scheduling appointments and meetings for senior team members. 3. Conducting research on various topics as assigned. 4. Assisting with virtual event planning and coordination. 5. Updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets. 6. Providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. 7. Teamwork and creativity are essential soft skills for this role.
