Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports as needed. 3. Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating timelines and tracking progress. 4. Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Organize and maintain electronic files and documents. 6. Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for providing excellent support. 3. Strong people management skills, able to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. 4. Analytical skills to effectively gather and analyze data. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
