Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team at Arabian Pipes Company. This is a remote work position based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and accounting teams.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the sales and accounting teams - Assist in preparing sales invoices and purchase orders - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions - Assist in account reconciliation and financial reporting - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
