Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

SABIC, a global leader in diversified chemicals headquartered in Medina, SA, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Account Support Associate to join our remote team. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the account management team in maintaining and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with client communication and follow-up on inquiries - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
