Job Description:
Panda Retail Company is seeking a highly experienced and independent Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity for remote work. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor our services accordingly - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and KPIs - Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure that client requests are handled efficiently and effectively - Proactively solve any problems or challenges that arise, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and exceeding revenue targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
