Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs - Work closely with clients to develop account strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services to clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management - Proactively identify and address any potential risks or challenges that may impact client satisfaction - Stay informed of industry trends and developments to better serve our clients and maintain a competitive edge - Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Confidence in handling challenging situations and driving towards successful outcomes - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations - Experience in people management and project management - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
