Job Description:
Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. 2. Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. 3. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition for existing clients. 4. Analyze client data and product usage to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Develop and maintain account plans to drive retention and growth within your portfolio. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on client feedback. 7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and ensure all information is accurately maintained in the CRM system. 8. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively to prevent churn.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. 5. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. 6. Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities. 7. Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members. 8. Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and make strategic decisions.
