Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saudi Cement Company is seeking a passionate and adaptable Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients remotely. 3. Manage and resolve client complaints and issues, escalating when necessary. 4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Analyze client data and report on key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Innovative mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
