Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account support or a related field, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and preferences. - Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or products. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. - Monitor account performance and key metrics, providing regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders. - Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, striving to exceed client expectations. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities for business development. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account data in the CRM system.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in account management or support, with a track record of success in client retention and growth. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively. - Resilience and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
